Can I still use my member id & customer loyalty program on the store website?

Absolutely! iFundDrive.com does not curb any of your loyalty point or member benefits. If you are a preferred customer on a store website, by all means log in and enjoy your benefits or additional discounts (after linking though iFundDrive.com first, of course). iFundDrive.com simply goes above and beyond whatever membership you have with our stores.

Why do online stores partner with iFundDrive?

Online stores value website traffic and loyal customers purchasing from their websites. iFundDrive.com sends them both of these while benefiting your cause.

Why is iFundDrive.com making donations to my FundDrive?

We think we’ve come across a really great idea - doing good for others while doing what you already we’re doing anyway, shopping on the internet - and we want to make the most of it for you and others. This is also a business for us and we cannot imagine a better way to earn a living.

How often does my FundDrive get paid?

We pay accounts once a month, every month. We only ask that your approved account balance is $25 or higher to get paid. Once you meet that amount, we’ll cut the check during that month's check run. Until you meet that balance amount, you’ll account will accrue until it does.

Do we get paid by iFundDrive directly?

Yes, your FundDrive will get a check from iFundDrive.com. It’s important that you know our retail partners are not directly donating to or endorsing your cause.

How do I make sure that I get credit for my purchase?

Always link to the stores directly from iFundDrive.com after signing in. This is the only way we can track a purchase. Once we receive notification of your purchase (usually within 36 hours) we’ll post it to your account and send you a confirmation email.

What happens if the store website links me to another website?

Sometimes stores will link you to some of their retail or wholesale partners. If you are sent to another website chances are that our tracking will be broken and you will not receive credit for your purchase. Be sure to link directly to any store through iFundDrive to help ensure proper credit.

Why do some stores have different donation amounts for their products?

Donation amounts are dependent upon a couple of things. First, the agreement we have in place with each store and second, what product is purchased. When there is range of donation amounts it's typically a tied to the product purchases. Consumer electronics and computers are generally low donations - clothes and accessories are generally higher - and office supplies and magazine subscriptions tend to be the highest. Whenever possible, we list the percentage donation in the store's details page (found on the store's donation link in the Shop).

Why do some stores have a fixed donation amount?

Again, this is dependent upon the agreement we have in place with that store.

Do all purchases qualify for a donation?

No. This is important. Although a vast majority do qualify, some do not. This decision is at the discretion of the store for reasons that are not always apparent to us. This is something that we don’t control and is subject to change without notice, so we cannot make any warranties on this. We are committed to share the most up-to-date accurate purchase information possible with you on store's details page (found on the store's donation link in the Shop).

When does my purchases get approved for donation payment?

Your purchases typically get approved within 60 days. That’s the short answer. The more detailed answer is that the purchase is formally approved after the store's full refund return policy expires. Until that time, it will be marked as pending. This helps insure that your FundDrive(s) get donations for actual purchases.

May I suggest my favorite online store to iFundDrive?
