Online Fundraising Creation Agreement

Effective March 2009

By submitting an online fundraising creation request to iFundDrive.com you agree to the following:

1) Applicant warrants that they are authorized to represent the individual, organization, group, or company applying for listing on iFundDrive.com. Applicant assumes all liability for the addition of their record to the iFundDrive.com database.

2) Applicant warrants that the individual, organization, group, or company represented is accurately described by it’s FundDrive name and type, without any purpose to mislead or defraud. Applicant assumes all liability for the naming and type designation of their FundDrive.

3) Applicant agrees to indemnify and forever hold harmless iFundDrive.com, iFundDrive LLC and any of its successors for any and all liability associated with iFundDrive.com.

4) Applicant agrees to accept periodic e-mail correspondence from iFundDrive.com. iFundDrive LLC will not share your email address with anyone. We require a functional email address to allow us to correspond with you about your FundDrive - see our privacy policy for full details.

5) Applicant is solely responsible for keeping their FundDrive information current. Applicant may edit their FundDrive via the My Account area on iFundDrive.com.

6) Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the iFundDrive database. FundDrive inclusion is at the sole discretion on iFundDrive LLC.

7) iFundDrive LLC may make changes to the FundDrive Creation Agreement from time to time. When these changes are made, iFundDrive will make a new copy available at http://www.ifunddrive.com/site/free-online-fundraising-creation-agreement. You understand and agree that if you use the FundDrive after the date on which the FundDrive Creation Agreement has changed, iFundDrive LLC will treat your use as acceptance of the updated FundDrive Creation Agreement.
